President
The President is the executive head of the Gram Panchayat and provides leadership in planning, development, administration, financial management, and implementation of public welfare programmes.
Vice President
The Vice President performs the duties of the President during absence and serves as the Chairperson of the Finance Standing Committee while assisting in Panchayat administration.
Standing Committees
Standing Committees assist the Panchayat in planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating development, finance, health, education, welfare and other statutory functions.
Development Standing Committee
Responsible for planning and implementing agriculture, infrastructure, production, animal husbandry, fisheries, soil & water conservation, industries, employment generation and sustainable development projects within the Gram Panchayat.
Finance Standing Committee
Responsible for budget preparation, financial planning, revenue generation, tax collection, auditing, expenditure monitoring and ensuring transparency and accountability in financial administration.
Health & Education Standing Committee
Supervises public health services, sanitation, drinking water supply, waste management, Haritha Karma Sena activities, schools, libraries, health institutions and educational development programmes.
Welfare Standing Committee
Implements welfare programmes for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, women, children, senior citizens, persons with disabilities, housing schemes and poverty eradication initiatives.
Other Sub Committees
Special committees constituted by the Gram Panchayat to support sector-specific planning, project monitoring, environmental protection, disaster management, public services and community development.
Working Groups
Working Groups consist of elected representatives, experts and officials who prepare development projects, provide technical recommendations and support participatory planning activities.
Panchayat Secretary
The Panchayat Secretary is the administrative head of the Gram Panchayat and is responsible for implementing Panchayat decisions, maintaining official records, supervising administration, and ensuring compliance with statutory provisions.
Assistant Secretary
Assists the Secretary in managing administrative functions, coordinating office work, public services, and ensuring efficient implementation of Panchayat programmes.
Head Clerk
Supervises office staff, maintains administrative records, coordinates office activities, and ensures smooth functioning of the Panchayat Office.
Accountant
Responsible for accounts, budget preparation, receipts, payments, financial reporting, audit coordination, and maintaining financial transparency.
Senior Clerk
Handles files, public service delivery, correspondence, documentation, certificates, and assists in daily administrative operations.
Clerk
Maintains records, processes applications, assists citizens, prepares official documents, and supports the administrative activities of the Panchayat.
Office Attendant
Provides essential office support, assists staff in daily activities, maintains office facilities, and contributes to efficient public service delivery.
